Tracy Urgent Care

First, I give one star to the doctor and nurse! Doctors and nurses are kind and quick at work! The problem is I can't tell if it's 2 older ladies or grandmothers working at the counter, but their problem is serious! I go to work 10 to 20 minutes later than the hospital visitors every day! Seems to put off work as much as possible and wait for the time to run out! Very rude and insincere than the old DMV staff! As soon as possible, the director of the hospital must treat them or many visitors will continue to visit other hospitals!

Had to do a drug screening and a physical for my company. Went to "concentra" ( what a joke) Who told me it would be 5 1/2 to 6 hours Of waiting to be seen And the front desk People are rude!...Came toTracy urgent care and they rock! I was out of there within 45minutes. They are very professional at the front desk and the front desk ladies rock !! I Would recommend .

I have Kaiser , I needed my daughters sports physical for cheer. After several days of back forth with Kaiser I was still unable to get a copy of a form they already recently completed for me. (My fault I misplaced it but I’m the family manager sue me) So that brings us to day Cheer Tryouts! Still no physical! So I call around in a rush/panic and Tracy Urgent Care promptly and professionally answers the phone gave me info on when I could walk in since their schedule was full. I got my daughter out of school at 3 from Kimball, came straight here by 3:15! They greeted me, got me our forms, and quickly processed. We waited maybe five minutes if that once registered and paid. The staff is friendly and very efficient! The office was clean and the price was fair. We saw the MD who was very nice as well, and had our form out the door by 350pm! I think the drive from Kimball was a longer wait!! Thank you for helping us in a crunch and making it so much easier than our and Insurance and making sure she didn’t miss her chance to Cheer!!! Thank you!!

My poor son was having excruciating ear pain, we were out of state and the first urgent care we landed at room forever to register me, only to find out that it would be a 2.5 hour wait. While my son was on the floor crying the receptionist there didn't feel bad for me or him. So in a state of needing to get care we drove here to Tracy urgent care. Not only did they care about my son but they got me in and out within 15 minutes and got my son the meds he needed! I can't thank you enough for being caring to our situation and getting us in so quickly! It was a night and day experience compared to our first stop. Go here for your urgent care needs!
